Every time I go to Beja I go to Forno. The food is as delicious as you can find these days. The Cod is delicious with homemade potato chips. The migas are a delicacy from the Gods and the Alentejana pork tastes exactly like what I ate at my grandmother's house... Oh and the homemade sweets... divine! Alentejo-style pork with migas + 1 imperial + house sweet + coffee = 15€

For anyone looking for good food, this is the place to stop.We were attended to very sympathetically almost at closing time without stopping us at all.We enjoyed our beautiful meal which was at the perfect point, everything was very well prepared and we were even delighted with a drink off the menu that was purposely made especially for us.If you're expecting a big, modern space, this isn't it, but good food is.I recommend veal (very tender) and there is no shortage of good wines on the menu.For dessert, I advise you to try the house candy (hmmm divine) ?
