Prices a little high. A fresh orange juice €2.90. Otherwise, good service and atmosphere.

I have frequented the establishment a few times, it really is a pastry shop with good products, but it is regrettable as this is the third time that I have had to leave the door without consuming it, due to a lack of organization. Once again I sat at the table with the family waiting to be served, but the employees present served two tables that were later occupied. Sad, but as they say, I made a cross on the door of this pastry shop so I wouldn't come back.I give it a 1 because I can't give it a 0 for publishing. Unfortunate.

The organization for Christmas orders is regrettable and shameful. I waited 1 and a half hours to pick up my order when people who arrived at the store without an order were dispatched in 5-10 minutes!!!There were 15+ employees working at the counter and 3 taking orders....As icing on the cake, after waiting an hour and a half to pick up the order, I came to the conclusion that it hadn't even been prepared like the others. They then had to prepare it on the spot as if it were a customer who arrived at the right time and chose what they wanted. The store manager was present and aware of the situation as I made a point of informing him. There was no courtesy whatsoever towards the customer. An offering of a dream, sorrel, ... anything, nothing. Simply "you're right.....".Regrettable and revolting...

Taking into account the €5 minimum spending policy for ATM payments, it is difficult not to express frustration. In a world where digitalization is the norm, forcing customers to meet this threshold to use such a common payment method seems outdated. Such a policy could negatively impact the customer experience, especially in situations where the convenience of electronic payment is essential. In a recent situation while having a coffee, I was faced with the need to buy more items to reach the minimum of €5 and use the ATM, as I didn't have physical cash available. This not only limited my choice, but also created unnecessary inconvenience. I believe minimum spending policies should be revised to better align with modern consumer expectations.

The quality of the bread, pastries and the like is impeccable. On that winter morning and on a sleepless night, coming from the airport, unshaven and wearing a black hat, I asked for coffee, bread and cakes... I was greeted with those unwanted looks. The lack of sympathy or empathy is regrettable.I recommend providing human training to the team.We never know who is on the other side.
