“Visiting Lisbon with my family from Boston. Came across this hidden gem while searching for restaurants on google maps. From the time we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. We chose to sit out back, mainly because we had our two young sons with us. We ordered a caprese salad, minestrone soup, garlic bread, french fries, tomato bruschetta, 2 margharita pizzas and penne carbonara. My goodness! Everything was delicious and the price point was PERFECT! It was wonderful chatting with our server! Clearly everyone at this establishment takes a great deal of pride in what they do. Nice vibes, small but spacious and wonderful staff.

The food was INCREDIBLE! We had the Tuna Tataki, Tuna Tartar, Ceviche, Shrimp Tacos as starters, the Miso Octopus and Scallop Linguine as mains and the amazing Caramel Lava Cake for dessert. Every single dish was perfectly seasoned and tasted awesome.

“We reserved a table for 9, we got there in perfect time, they told us we called the wrong number, we checked with the restaurant owner and it was the exact same phone number you can find here, we tried to call the number in front of them and they hanged it in front of us. Unfortunately we don't understand Portuguese but they were clearly talking about us negatively. Reading comments we could understand they don't like foreigners that look "poor" and prefer to take reservations just for drinking and not eating. If you want to try and go there just know you can get rejected just because they don't like you by your look.

EDIT: I'll keep the last comment because I think it should be clear what happened, they called us the next day saying sorry, they had a problem with a new manager, the "old" one asked if we wanted to go back to the place the next day, we did and they offered us a lot of food and drinks and they apologized, the food was grate and the "old" manager was really a awesome person, very pleasant dinner“
