We use a voucher from the Odysseys "Romantic Dinner". Everything was excellent, from the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, to the food and the space we already knew. However, the table where we sat was anything but romantic because it was at the entrance to the restaurant room. Since there were several tables for two people in the center of the room, we thought that the table we sat at was a weak point of our "Romantic Dinner".
Friendliness and competence from reception until we leave, old flavors with a gourmet touch. Fair prices. Congratulations (coming back surely)

O Gato do Rio is a welcoming restaurant with a pleasant terrace and excellent service. The refined and tasty food is presented appealingly, making every dish a top recommendation. The restaurant features a beautiful atmosphere, wheelchair accessibility, and parking with shade and a river view. The staff is friendly and professional, creating a comfortable environment for socializing and enjoying good food. Guests often praise the starters, such as the savory board, black-eyed beans, alheira balls, and garlic shrimp, as well as main dishes like the pepper steak and monkfish rice. The food, including specialties like spiritual cod and goat, is well prepared, and the wine list is excellent, well above average. Prices are appropriate, around €25-30 per person. Parking is free with chargers for electric vehicles. Although some find the space at the entrance less romantic, the overall experience remains highly recommended.
