I really liked the food and the staff was great, helpful when ordering and aware of the needs of my group. I recommend Restaurante Moderno 1 as a great place to eat good food with friends, with the best stroganoff I have yet found in Portugal. The restaurant was not so loud that I couldn't hold a conversation, but it also had enough background noise that it never felt awkward.
