An excellent surprise to discover.
From the drink to the dish, everything is truly excellent.
A service that listens.
I recommend the pineapple-basil lemonade which was great.
For the dishes I was able to try the pork ramen (the presentation and taste were top notch), I have rarely been able to eat one this good.
The sushi/makis (fusion) were the best I've tried in Portugal (in the few Japanese restaurants I've been able to try), including the all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant in Calas da Rainha which didn't convince me.
The salmon bao was excellent (even if it's not strictly speaking a Japanese dish).

I really like this place. I’d like to see some dishes with crab on the menu, but usually visit when I’m in the area. Staff are very good and friendly.

Very original place, with a beautiful interior and fantastic food. Everything very fresh and well prepared. From beautiful Japanese beers and delicious sake to tuna that melts in your mouth. The staff is very attentive and always prepared to give good advice.

Amazing sushi experience.

The owner(s) are very welcoming and if you never visited just ask for suggestions.

We had:
As starters gyosas, sweet pork BAO, salmon BAO
a fusion Platter to share.
The beverage selection is wide especially the wines, we had a great white wine to go with it, unfortunately don't remember the brand :/

The dining area is small so book a table In Advance especially for groups larger than 4. Also for 4+ they have a separate room with a slight bigger table which is a different dining experience - turning a "public space" into a private gathering.
