If you choose this restaurant because of the beautiful view and the friendly staff, you are in the right place, but you shouldn't expect too much of the food. My son had four steaks that were advertised as "Rump Cap". These were as tough as leather and could not be cut with the existing knives, but even with steak knives you would have reached your limits. I had a "Picado regional", which was served with mushroom sauce and fries. This sliced meat, also tough, was served in a kind of mushroom soup that I couldn't identify with certainty as fresh mushrooms. The fries were also drowned in this soup. It didn't meet my expectations at all and wasn't tasty either, especially not for the price of €20. I have no idea how this restaurant gets such good reviews, maybe the chef was out and the waiters were helping out in the kitchen. I can't explain it any other way.

tout le dîner était très bien jusqu’au moment du dessert. je commande un ananas rôti avec de la vanille. très bien jusqu’au moment où je découvre sous la vanille un morceau de poisson. je demande des explications et la on me dit oui effectivement nous faisons des tests !!!! oui ananas, vanille et poisson ? !!!!!! et pour couronner le tout le dessert test se trouve dans l’addition !!! honteux ! donc a vos risque et périls !!!

It is a little more expensive than other good restaurants in the area, but there is a very calm atmosphere on the terrace, and spectacular views. The food pleasantly surprised us, especially the risotto with limpets and shrimp. The girl who helped us was wonderful. Overall, very good experience.

We booked our last evening of the holiday and wished we booked before that. The location is superb, you couldn't get better. Service was excellent, staff helpful and friendly. We had a lovely meal and wine. Would definitely recommend.
