Horrible experience: we left the 13 year old children to have dinner (while we were in another restaurant on the other side of the square having dinner, with visibility), they forgot their order twice, they insulted the children as liars, they took time from 9 am to 11:30 am to serve them the “usual” burger and an industrial pasta crepe. When I asked the young man who answered for the complaint book, he said they didn't have it on paper and that I could only do it online. I asked to speak to someone in charge and the girl in charge confirmed that they did not have a physical book. I told them it was illegal and they called the manager who, in the end, ended up saying that they had a physical complaints book and that of course he wasn't instructing the employees not to make the book available, as is the law (imagine if he were! ). Anyway, I can only draw attention to the poor and rude service, the poor quality of the crepes, the HUGE waiting time, the lack of sensitivity in dealing with children/young people who were happy to have dinner. in that location and, finally, the failure to comply with the law or, if the manager's words are to be believed, the employees' lack of knowledge and lack of training and information about legal obligations..., regrettable! I doubt that if they had been adults, they would have treated us with such indifference and disdain.

Located in the heart of Caminha. We went for a walk around this beautiful village looking for a place to eat, but not in the restaurant style. Very nice interior decoration with North American highway motifs. The truth is that it was a success. We ate a francesinha (not with sliced bread but delicious with loaf bread), an "enche o bandulho" hamburger, a fried sweet potato with molho cheddar and bacon, a crispy cheese and cold cuts toast and, for dessert, a tub of Kinder Bueno ice cream. All of this accompanied by some cans (€5 each seems a bit expensive to me) and a water. Everything delicious and well attended. We will surely repeat.

I'm glad I didn't comment on this restaurant a year ago because otherwise it would have been a huge controversy! IN THE PREVIOUSLY, the food was very good and the service was friendly and quality, however I recently returned to 10 D'Boca and was very disappointed. I don't know what happened, whether they changed management or cooks, but the restaurant took a big hit! Starting with the food, they completely changed the menu, before they had much better, more developed burgers, with better quality ingredients and better prepared. Well, I came across a simple menu with banal burgers, I ordered the "Enche o Bandulho" burger, I think that's what it's called, it costs €12 or €14, I don't remember, and it comes with two meats. Because it was dripping with lots of juices, it tasted like the meat was undercooked, and the bread quickly became soggy as it was clearly poorly sealed. In short, it didn't taste nearly as good as before as the cook said, and the ingredients must have changed a lot. Regarding service, NOTHING AGAINST, young people serving staff who are not Portuguese, I repeat, NOTHING AGAINST, as I have been to many restaurants where the servers were English, Colombian, French or Brazilian and were extremely professional. And this restaurant previously had two Portuguese attendants who I was already familiar with and had nothing to do with. The service was indifferent, chewing gum, they even asked us to order from the table to the counter without even moving to the table, in short, clearly unprofessional and not instructed in the care they should take towards the customer. I emphasize that this is not a criticism, just a reminder, as Caminha already has few restaurants and it bothers me to have an establishment for which I had a certain enjoyment and desire to go there to eat and meet someone like that. I will then end by saying that all of this is a mere reminder to the owner of the establishment to look at it with eyes to see and think about the direction he wants to take with it.
Good service, good location, good price... We will return.
