We came here on a recommendation, we would never have found it otherwise. The octopus is the most tender we have eaten in Madeira - it goes through like butter! The service is also really good. A clear recommendation and the price is super fair for the offer (prices on the menu are usually for two people plus fries and salad.

The octopus was good but there should have been more "sauce" the rice wasn't loose... the chestnuts were excellent... the staff is impeccable!

Very nice service, we ordered prego, which was served with fries and salads. The meat is well seasoned and the whole dish is very filling. There is also a parking lot next to the restaurant, you have to look carefully because there are private parking spaces a bit further away.
