Wedding in Coimbra, and it really was the best catering I've ever found.The starters before lunch were delicious and very well presented, the staff were all very friendly, including the person responsible for the wedding team and the 2 ladies who were in the tent with the DJ.The food itself was divine for lunch, the cod melted in your mouth. I don't like puree, but this was divine. The soup, vegetable cream and emulsion were divine, the rump steak with the mushroom......
The Encontrus team led by Mr Joaquim, present at my daughter's wedding, had an exceptional performance. Service with perfect rhythm, with a lot of competence, friendliness and professionalism.The dishes served are of an extraordinary quality, impeccable presentation and a flavor that stays in the memory.Congratulations on the success of the event, thank you!
