The order was placed at 9:40 pm, the expected delivery time was 10:10 pm, and they only delivered at 11 pm and only after calling twice. The employee Mariana was still super arrogant on the cell phone and the employee who delivered the pizza didn't even bring the ATM to pay.
It's not the first time that an order has been delayed or delivered poorly, but you can believe it's the last time I've ordered from Telepizza do Cartaxo. This time it was 1 hour late and I was forced to start making dinner at 9:30 pm and the worst part was the person who helped us hung up on me.
I bought 3 pizzas from this store yesterday and the dough was practically raw. I called to resolve the problem and they told me to wait from 3pm until 6pm and they would resolve it and send others in good condition. At 6pm I called again and they didn't solve anything, they just postponed me until today, I called again and they literally told me (bad luck happens and you were one of them) They didn't solve anything, they left me and my family without lunch and even a lady call...read full review

Reviews have shown that it can take hours for pizzas to arrive, and even when they do, they may be cold and soggy. This has led to disappointment and a lack of desire to eat the pizza. On the other hand, some customers have had better experiences, with pizzas delivered on time and hot. The service is commendable, with quick and friendly telephone answering.
