I had some very good experiences. I really liked the location, the service and especially the environment, very well organized and beautiful. Otherwise, everything is McDonald's standard, I have no complaints whatsoever, I recommend it!

Good in everything. The best in the city of Coimbra.

Always a very busy place, the drive thru must be the worst in Coimbra. There's always something missing and it's the slowest I know.

Very good. We ordered take away and they forgot the potatoes. Upon returning, the manager offered an ice cream for the inconvenience and assured that the potatoes were now freshly fried. Very good service and kindness

The pastry part is a disgrace. The employees take forever to do a task and are even rude to talk to. My mother ordered a gallon which took 20 minutes and was poorly made, and the employee still turns around and says "I also have my food up here to eat".

Very bad

Is it just me or is the new Big Arch a Big Disappointment? I think it's one of those cases where the size actually becomes a hindrance because the burger is too boring. Weak sauce, too much lettuce, fried onions that are difficult to digest and even the meat sometimes seems to taste like those frozen burgers from some hypermarket. If they made a BIG Mac or an MC Royal this size it would be much better

One of the worst McDonalds I've been to in my entire life, 4 hours driving and I decided to stop for lunch at this restaurant. Upon entering I decide to go to the bathroom first to be able to drink more food and liquids after many hours in the car, I find that there is a code at the entrance to the bathroom and I understand why they do it, but I politely asked a employee and mention that I'm traveling and that I stopped to eat but that I needed to go to the bathroom first. While doing his job, he told me that he couldn't provide the code because it was the rule that people have to consume. I thanked her for not helping and then went to place the order. When I came back from the bathroom, I asked for my food to be taken back because it was already cold.
To conclude, the tables were almost all filled with people with bags and computers no longer consuming and where new people needed to do so.
I hope I REALLY don't have to return to this establishment.
