I just got to Praia das Maçãs and it was 8.59 when we arrived at this establishment, a very arrogant lady came ??? she told me it only opens at 9 with a very aggressive tone ?? which made me leave straight away, I don't recommend this establishment, you look like a broom sweeping up customers ????

Do not recommend. Must change their approach to service and pricing. Bad quality place! Fake authentic food, cheap drinks for “beach prices”. Iced coffee is 150% priced over regular coffee and the staff is very rude when asked if the pricing. It’s a beach bar! - will be the response you get. For everything.

Ordered smoked salmon wrap, nachos with guacamole and pardon peppers and all dishes were really tasty. Beautiful place.
Beautiful place, very cold beer. We snacked on a great soft guaca. But the waiter (owner?) is extremely unpleasant and bad-tempered.

I'm not one to criticize services, we all have bad days, but today I felt very sorry for having entered this bar. Arrogant people, they literally sent me away! Maybe because I went with children, I can't understand. I asked for the letter, they refused to give it, saying that there was only compal!!!! There I managed to get two non-alcoholic cocktails (by the way, they remained untouched because no one liked them), they asked for the bill in a few minutes because the bar was closing, this was close to 10pm and with the closing time at midnight, I didn't understand, nor did I I saw them do the same to no one else. In fact, people came in after they were not served in these ways. My children didn't bother anyone, we were just going to have a nice time on a Friday night, near the beach, but they lost a customer, I won't be back for sure.

On the 29 March I ordered a tosta. When the tosta was ready to be served it was dropped on the floor, INFRONT of my eyes, then picked up and put back on the plate and served to me like a dog. Not even a single apology or some discount. The person who did this knows exactly what he did was wrong, he didn’t even have the courage to look at me in the eyes. Absolutely disgusting actions!!
I can recommend the hot chocolate :))
