Fior di Farina (Pizzas em forno de lenha)

My daughter found it returning from Caparica beach and it was a great success.
It took them a while to take our orders because the place was full, but as soon as we ordered the order they were very quick.
The pizzas we ordered (proscciuto e funghi and carbonara) were spectacular.
They have a wood oven that doesn't stop working.
Highly recommended if you feel like eating a good Italian pizza.

The pizzas are great, good ingredients, wood-fired oven, fair price
The terrace is very nice, even in summer it is cool.
Super calm for lunch with the family or with children. The owner is super attentive. We really enjoyed it and will be back!

I'm in Portugal for work about ten days ago. I asked a Portuguese colleague for a place where I could eat a pizza at least similar to the ones I'm used to eating in Italy. They recommended this place run by Italians and we went there as soon as we entered. We really liked the place but we are here for the pizza not for the possible beauty of the pizzeria, truly fantastic welcome, very kind and courteous staff, we ordered some pizzas also under Vitor's recommendation. After a short wait our pizzas arrived and I must say that they were truly delicious, nothing to envy of the Italian ones, the dough was very soft and the toppings made it clear that the raw materials were of excellent quality and nothing was left to chance, an excellent pizza. the service is fair and excellent, if you go to Portugal and precisely to Costa De Caparica I recommend you go and taste an excellent pizza here at Fior di Farina.
Ps. They told me that they have another pizzeria in Civitavecchia and I will go there soon to see if the pizza is as good as the one I tasted here.

Fantastic service with excellent instructions and advice for the meal. The food is of excellent quality. We opted for garlic bread, lasagna and pizza. Excellent options.

We found the pizzeria on Google when searching for long fermentation pizzeria.
The pizza is simply divine, the prices (starters, pizzas and drinks) are excellent and Vitor's service is impeccable, he is always happy and with a smile on his face, which makes the atmosphere super pleasant.
I highly recommend: Aglio Focaccia and pizzas: Italian and 4 stagioni.
