We went to the Monalisa ice cream shop and when we arrived, the place was full and I noticed that there were only two people serving, cleaning the tables and delivering orders. We sat down and it took more than 10 minutes to be served, which was expected, as there were only two people carrying out work that would normally be done by 3 or 4. However, congratulations are to be had, as even with all the rush , the service from the waiters was excellent, they were both very friendly and funny. Overall, the experience at Monalisa was very good; the ice creams were great and the team was very friendly. P.S.: Management should provide more employees to respond to high customer demand.

Today we sat for 10 minutes waiting for one of the employees to come and help us, which didn't happen and for no reason whatsoever. There were several employees, and not a single one came to our table, which is truly regrettable. The number of times we've been there, the service has always been a little slow, but also in situations where there's a lot of people, which was the case today.

It is possibly the ice cream shop with the worst service I have ever been to.
Super slow service and few people in the establishment. And this happens every time I go to this ice cream shop. But this time was really the last.
When placing the order, the employee was more interested in looking at the terrace next door than at the customer he was serving. I ended up ordering a waffle with strawberries. After a while, the employee came to say that it didn't turn out to be the flavor of ice cream I had chosen. Ok, I got up and went to choose a new flavor from those available on the display. I sat down again. Suddenly I hear: "I've already done sh*t!". I was shocked to have heard this from the employee but I ignored it. And here he comes "I forgot we don't have strawberries anymore". Seriously? It was no longer enough for employees to appear to be at home; they still appear completely unfocused and unprepared for the role they perform. We all have lapses. Lack of desire to work is another story.
I got up and left. I won't be back.
