My burger was salty and I was given the option of ordering something else to eat there or to take away. After waiting 30 minutes, I just wanted to leave and there was no guarantee that what I was waiting for and eating wouldn't be equally bad! In the end, I asked to pay for only half of my burger and they didn't accept the offer because I should have informed them at the beginning and not in the middle of the burger. And as I didn't accept anything else made by them, they wouldn't give me the discount and only pay for half of the savory burger I ate. Poor resolution of your own problems!
They also say that the main dish only starts to be prepared after the starter plate is lifted. That's why my burger took so long. The starter plate sat on the table for some time and no employee picked it up when it was supposed to, according to the establishment's internal policies. And no one can say that no employee saw it because we were at one of the tables in the center of the busiest room. It would be impossible not to see if they were looking to follow their own procedures and deliver a good experience to the customer, who is the one who pays!!! Terrible operations management!

Unbelievable, I sat down at the table at 8pm, I had to go to work at 10:30pm and the food took more than 1 hour and a half to arrive at the table.
