Skip all the tourist stuff down by the beach and come here instead. Fantastic beef stroganoff, perfectly cooked picanha, and delicious crazy rice. I'd come here again and again. Staff was also friendly and kind.

Carioca de Limão is a standout Brazilian restaurant in Cascais. The owner is friendly and efficient, and the food is exceptional. The beef rib and manioc cheese pie are particular highlights. The picanha is served well and the rice, black beans, and farofa are also impressive. The guava cheesecake is a highlight, and the wine is reasonably priced at €4.
