No stars - Just arrived after a late flight and in need of food. Ordered a crispy chicken burger, veggie burger and fries to eat in, only to have the server bending over the counter and coughing directly on the food. Given the recent pandemic, disgusting behaviour from a food service worker. Left the food and walked out.

No access for people with reduced mobility, because the main door was locked and employees did not know the key to open it. The only access was through a large window that neither a wheelchair nor a baby stroller could enter because it had benches fixed to the floor.

25 minutes waiting for a cheese burger, potatoes made the day before, the Kiosks didn't work, neither did the ATM at the counter, there was no ice cream and there was no ice in the drinks machine, honestly I don't think there was anything positive or not even acceptable, and I think very highly of Burger King, but this time it exceeded all expectations...

Oh my goodness, the worst burger king I've ever seen, the workers are 0 empathetic, they sniff out an ice cream and say something to me with a disgusted face, they take out money and give it to me. And I'm still without ice cream

Empty space and still very slow service. Scammed food delivery. Potatoes that are undercooked or not up to Burger King standards. Dirty outdoor tables. Waiters not at all concerned about being faster, about cleaning the space/tables...

The truth is that the staff that works there are 0 eager, I was waiting 25 minutes for them to give us our order and there were only 3 people waiting.

How is it that every other Burger King except this one has a gluten-free kid’s meal?! It even says on the self-service kiosk screen that you can ask for gluten free sandwiches at the counter, but the workers said they don’t do that. My daughter has celiac disease and it’s very hard to find places for her to eat safely, but we’ve been able to count on Burger King in the past, especially since it’s certified by the Portuguese celiac association. I’m so unhappy that this place either won’t or can’t accommodate my child with a disability.

Literally the worst service ever. 30mins just to get fast food.. would’ve gotten food faster at a restaurant and that’s saying a lot for around the island. One of the workers was too busy trying to fix the ice cream machine when there’s like 20 people waiting on food- no sense of priority. Would’ve given zero stars but the food isn’t too bad.

A deplorable service time to pay with cash, while the employees do not insist on helping. A terrible service! This space needs more workers for the number of customers visiting the establishment. Poor order in receiving orders at the machines as they give priority to those who pay via ATM.
I do not recommend consuming it here considering that the service time is excessively prolonged.
