“We had a great meal on our last night in the Azores. The entree was delicious with warm, crunchy tortilla chips, guacamole and dip sauce. The squid tacos were HOT! but great. Topped off with strawberry cream bonuelo morango & chocolate mouse. Overall we couldn’t fault any of the food & had a great experience. Very friendly, welcoming staff & extremely affordable.”

“A true example of hospitality. This place became home. The staff became family. A true gem. And yes… the food is also incredible!!!! So yummy, great vibes, healthy and clean, compassionate crew, extremely accommodating. This is a genuine and sincere business that I’m confident will earn your loyalty, too, if you’re lucky enough to spend time here. I highly recommend the Risotto & the Crepe, but you really should spend the time and explore everything on the menu that you possibly can. 5 STARS!!!!! Best in class!!!”

“We were there twice. The first was to have cocktails and the service and quality were very good, although they have little variety of cocktails. The second time we went to eat and we had to wait a long time for a table to be given, but then everything went quite well, except that it was very hot and the umbrellas are not enough; in fact, the waiters were all sweating profusely. I enjoyed it, but the temperature made it not a perfect experience.
I take this opportunity to highlight the good treatment of the waitress Raquel Sousa. We feel very comfortable with her :)”

“Excellent in everything. The Egg Benedict was the best I've ever tasted! The Louvre chocolate cake is delicious. Lunch included very tasty starters, and the service was incredible, especially from the kind manager. I highly recommend it!”

“This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Ponta Delgada. Cozy, great background music, well decorated. But the main reason I go there religiously since 2021 is the food and Leo and Vitor, the sushi chefs. They are great at their craft, and you will be served delicious food in no time. It's not a very big place, so if you are going for dinner it might be better to book a table in advance. Had no trouble so far getting tables for lunch, but then again I almost only go on weekdays. Supremely highly recommended”

We finally got to eat in. The pizza was even better at the restaurant. Also had some excellent linguine w pesto. The owners make and serve the food and are very friendly. There are 4 small tables so make sure you call ahead.

All pizza shops around here were closed one day and we visited out of desperation. And boy are we glad we did. This is excellent pizza!!! ? We had take out and even after the drive home it was great. Can’t wait to go eat there soon.”

“The best meal that I had on Sao Miguel. Everything tasted gourmet but the prices were so Reasonable. The restaurant is run by a lovely & personable husband and wife team that you will be personally greeted by. Our table f 4 had soup, entree, dessert & plenty of wine all for under 100 Euros. Highly recommend ad can’t wait to go back. So many other things on the menu I want to try. Very quaint so I recommend making reservations.”

“Real local genuine atmosphere with local stangastas, cheap beer and in the heart of Ponta Delgado. After a whole day of driving around the island, this is a well-deserved relaxation in the evening after dinner. If you're looking for luxury, you won't find it here.”

“Good selection of cocktails & drinks - slightly more expensive. The view over the port of Ponta Delgada is recommended on a clear day, especially at sunset. Access is also possible as non-hotel guests.

“Great selection of fresh ingredients and you can customize your own poke bowl! The Azorean smoothie is very tasty. There's a premade vegan poke bowl, and you can also customize your own bowl to be vegan with tofu, falafel, edamame etc. Service is very quick, almost immediate as the poke bowl is assembles in front of you. The service is also very friendly. Went there twice!”

“Very nice place. I love Guiness and it was the only place in Ponta delgada to have it. Feel like a real Irish pub but they speak Portuguese so its a very different experience. Overall its a good place the beer is not expensive and good. Will recommend.”

“Food came super quickly (within 5 mins) and I had a lovely prawn linguine! The price of the meals is super cheap and quality is good. The rissotto was delicious too. My favourite was the desert ‘pumpkin pastry, Dulce de leche and vanilla ice cream’ was one of the best desserts I have ever had!”
