Customers can build their own bowl, choosing from a variety of greens, sauces, and crunchy toppings. Vegan protein options like tofu, vegetable balls, and falafel are available, and edamame is offered as a "greens" option. The large portion size is recommended, as it can be quite filling. The vegan bowl, with quinoa, tofu, and vegetables, is also a popular choice, providing a tasty and healthy alternative.
