We got there just before the kitchen opened, so had a drink while we waited.
Really friendly staff, very helpful, and had some banter with my 10yr old son.
Ordered our food, which was bloody lovely! Grilled seabass, small Sirloin, and Bife a Portuguesa... wow! The smells were amazing and flavours bursting!
The seabass was whole, and clearly very fresh. Flavoursome and came off of the bone so easily. The vegetables were cooked to perfection and tasted...

Have just returned today from Praia do Vau. We ended up eating every night in Paraiso do Vau restaurant as it was fabulous. From the food to the staff to the service and to the location, we couldn't fault anything. We tried many different dishes and everyone of them had a taste of more off them. Not to mention their homemade desserts, absolutely fabulous. Looking forward to returning next year. Happy New Year to all the staff!!

- Food: Really flavorful. I strongly recommend the camarão à guilho (Guilho prawns), and the Caril de Camarão (Curry Prawns) is the best I have ever had.
- Service: The staff is great and customer-oriented.
- Atmosphere: By the beach, relaxing.
