It's a roadside restaurant that's also worth it for its service and friendliness. We ordered a portion of fries and a steak to snack on...nothing much to be able to evaluate the dishes. But it's worth the stop as often on the park's roads we find almost nothing to drink/eat.
Authentic Portuguese restaurant with fresh ingredients. A little expensive based on the location but flavour and service excellent.As this is a little off the main routes, the ability to speak a little Portuguese and Spanish helps. The family obviously assist with the little English they speak.The Dourada fish is recommended**Please note, they do not accept card payments **
The Transmontano restaurant has a very pleasant decor in the room we stayed in, overlooking the river. However, there was no ambient sound of any kind, we were in absolute silence and despite a beautiful view, the curtains were closed…There isn't much to say about the service, the lady who served us was very attentive and was serving and cooking at the same time, and there didn't seem to be any other employees in the restaurant.We ordered Barrosã veal steak for 2,...
