Great experience! My boyfriend and I had reservations through The Fork on the day, and we were delighted with the dining experience. We were very well received, the setting is magnificent - the tables are spaced apart, the decoration is elegant and intimate. Wonderful quality food that differs greatly from other extremely touristy restaurants we have in the center of Funchal. Me and my wife were sold when we looked through the arch into the beautiful courtyard. On arrival, without a booking ?, we were seated in the courtyard and ordered the 4 course set menu with wines. Without a doubt the best decision of the night. Sliva, our waiter, was fantastic, he perfectly balanced the conversation when serving, something you might not notice but is a lost skill in the UK. We finished the meal with a glass of Madeira, of course. 100% recommend a lovely long evening enjoying the food and drink in an amazing setting… Bem Feito!
