I had the dish & juice of the day. The dish was a sushi bowl, with rice, marinated mushrooms, peas, marinated carrots, avocado & a pineapple salsa. Amazing flavours! Especially the salsa struck a great balance of sweetness with a little kick, and the mushrooms were delicious.
