A small restaurant in Funchal, with quality. The boss has 2 more? Restaurants the Kampo and the Theos, I think. The kitchen is open with a counter where you can also eat as an individual. The dishes were imaginative and delicious. Even things that you might not like are prepared in such a way that they taste good. The main course grouper with seafood rice was AMAZING. Super delicious and we continued to eat even though we were full for a long time because the taste was really good... Thank you that there are still restaurants that cook fresh and good food in high season... It's a bit small but still great.

The chef has 3 restaurants, it is preferable to reserve to ensure a table without waiting.

In this restaurant there is the option of eating a la carte or a menu; We decided to try different dishes from the menu and share them and what can we say: what a marvel for the palate, each dish is unique with a mix of different textures, full of flavor and color.

The staff was very friendly, but every time a different person brought us the dish and they explained it to you.

Very adequate quality-price ratio. Without a doubt we recommend it 100%

Jammer dat de mosselen reeds ‘op’ waren om 18:00 voor een visrestaurant. De service was echter uitstekend. Ik raad zeker aan om plaatsen te reserveren aan de bar zodat je uitzicht hebt op de open keuken. Zo zie je hun vakkennis en samenwerking

Geweldig restaurant, we hebben het classic sharing menu genomen en genoten van elk gerecht. Huisgemaakte brood met dip en olijven was heerlijk, de tonijn tartaar en sardientjes smaakten geweldig met heerlijke toevoegingen. Ondanks dat ik niet gek ben van champignons heb ik deze keer alles opgegeten, het was lekker klaargemaakt. De Ox belly was heerlijk zacht als boter en smaakvol net als het toetje. Grote aanrader, ook de cocktails zijn geweldig net als de bediening!

Very bad, because after 2 hours we were asked to leave despite a bill of over EUR 300 for appetizers... refused to order further dishes. Very, very weak. I'm really disappointed!

A truly sensational seafood experience.

The only Júlio Pereira restaurant in Funchal that lives up to expectations.

Every dish we had was excellent and the bill was reasonable. It’s a very well run and beautifully executed operation.

The seafood soup, seared tuna and marinated sardines were all 10/10.

Highly recommended.
