I arrived to see the street menu and an employee was kind enough to provide information about the daily specials. The tomato soup, a typical dish from the island of Madeira, was tasty and well presented. As a second course, the Venetian lasagna was equally delicious. It had 2 different types of meat and some spinach. The service was helpful and professional from all staff. I loved eating at this restaurant, I hope to do it again.

Just across the road from the market is this bar / restaurant. Seating indoors or out. ( on main drag out .. so noisy.) Madge ordered a Coral Stout, Tima a white wine. Both good. The pizza / pasta dishes are a lot cheaper than where we ate last evening. Downstairs toilets not the best. Service so so.

Best pizza I've had. Lovely friendly staff in here. My friend had the biggest lasagna I've ever seen. My pizza was around 9 Euros which coming from England is a really great price, and it was SO GOOD.
