Great pastries, bread and coffee but the staff over the years have developed 'avoid eye contact with customers' and 'make them wait' into an art form. A queueing system does not exist and the coffee area at the rear takes precedence to the shop. But, we keep going there and one day we may get a smile or two as well as good service.
