Restaurante Casa da Sogra offers homemade, tasty food with wonderful attention. The octopus and prawn rice is spectacular. The terrace dining experience is excellent, with delicious shrimps and pork chops. It's a small restaurant, so reservations are recommended. The cocoa bolus with butter and garlic is a must-try snack. Guests can expect excellent food without the chichi, great wine, and wonderful dessert, with excellent value for money. Chef Manuel and the entire team offer high quality food. The restaurant has a great family-like atmosphere and serves the best food on Madeira, with lots of dishes with fish and seafood. Everything from the menu tried was good, including garlic shrimps with bolo do caco.
