Restaurante O Regional offers excellent food and service in a lovely and interesting setting. The seasonal Tuna starter and Cataplana with Fish and Shellfish are incredibly flavorful and satisfying. Prices are competitive for the area, with generous portions like the mouth-watering meat skewer and delicious cheesecake with passion fruit sauce. The attentive and friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great choice for a family lunch in Funchal. The quality and cleanliness of the establishment are top-notch, making it a highly recommended dining option. The food was very good. They ordered prawns, stuffed chicken, swordfish, spaghetti and spicy chicken, all very good with very generous quantities. The waiters are super friendly and attentive, recommending things to do in the area. It eats phenomenally. They ate fresh fish of the day, spectacular. The attention of 10. They had dinner at O Regional this evening and everything was excellent. They had 2 different espetadas, chicken and beef, both great, using traditional laurel sticks. It was served with fries, milho frito and salad. They also had the monk fish and shrimp rice, which was so amazing! The waiters were very attentive. The prices were reasonable too.
