Due to its proximity to the hotel, we reserved a table here and were not disappointed, on the contrary.
Be sure to reserve in advance as the restaurant doesn't have that many seats.
The service was very committed and always attentive.
The dishes were very good, espetada and herb-crusted salmon.

Worth a visit. I simply had the smoked salmon salad and tomato soup for lunch, but they were a great tasting and a great value. Both were tasty and ample. They were generous with the salmon and the dressing was delicate. I'll definitely go back to try the more elaborate meals.

Tradicional Restaurant offers extremely good food, with generous portions, at affordable prices. The kitchen serves a range of delicious meat and fish dishes, including espetada, herb-crusted salmon, and octopus, with a wine list to match. Friendly and helpful staff provide off-the-menu options, and the service is very committed and always attentive. Guests can enjoy the flexibility of spreading garlic/herb butter on the Bolo do Caco themselves. Parking can be tricky, but the cozy atmosphere makes up for it. Due to its proximity to the hotel, it is recommended to reserve in advance as the restaurant doesn't have that many seats. It is worth recommending if one is in the west of Funchal near the Forum Madeira.
