Our dining experience here was so extraordinarily special that we decided to visit twice. Completely unique, fresh, delicious, and healthy. Hans has inspired us to cook in the same way back home.
Amazing experience, food, and atmosphere! Hans prepares a delicious 4 course surprise vegan meal that is very healthy with no processed or packaged ingredients. Even a leaf for napkin is a unique touch to the overall presentation. You do not need to be vegan to appreciate and enjoy this experience. Fantastic!

This is not a restaurant, it’s a declaration of love to life.Hans collects the hidden gems of the islands plant life and turns them into the most amazing, genuine, unique, inspired dishes that taste amazing, are profoundly healthy and so full of love.
