Sul Mar is a charming Portuguese restaurant that offers a genuine dining experience. This family-run restaurant has been serving rustic and simple Algarve food for over 30 years, where guests immediately feel at home. The menu features fresh fish, like the pescado del dia (sea bass or sea bream), lamb chops, and a tomato salad from their own garden, all very good and of high quality. The super friendly and approachable owner welcomes guests warmly, even late in the day. A worthwhile destination for those seeking an authentic taste of Portugal, with good house wines at reasonable prices. The food is spectacular and worth it, though not very cheap. Note: dogs are not allowed inside.
