Café da Ponte is a well-known and long-standing restaurant located in Leça da Palmeira, practically in front of the mobile bridge. The establishment has a spacious interior with many tables, including a terrace, and customers can even enjoy their meals at the counter. Despite being clean, the restaurant is in need of some revamping and updating, as it has an old-fashioned feel. However, the food is highly praised, with homemade dishes served in generous portions, such as cod, sirloin, Alentejo pork, and also a dog, francesinha, or prego.
