KOBORÚ is a cozy and charming restaurant that offers delicious sushi with fresh fish and perfect rice. The special plate of 30 sushi had a good taste, although some lacked flavor. The Hermelinda red wine was always a good choice, and the mochi with mango, strawberry, and chocolate flavors was very enjoyable. While the cheesecake was a bit questionable, the staff's attention was consistently good. With a Ghibli-inspired ambiance and accommodating service for dietary restrictions, this restaurant comes highly recommended for top-notch Japanese cuisine in Portugal.
