The best place to have breakfast. Honest and super super friendly staff. They also speak Italian well.
Definitely ask for the pastel de nata and other typical local desserts. Payment in cash.

Simply in personal opinion one of the best places to eat the famous Pastel de Nata and more! Very kind staff!

Too bad there are only five stars, this nugget deserves much more. The pastries and cakes are delicious. Salty too. You can eat to take away or on site. The drinks are very good and the orange juice exceptional and inexpensive. It's nice to find affordable prices in the neighborhood. Special mention for the boss who is friendly, helpful and speaks at least five languages. THANKS

The owner went above and beyond to describe each pastry to us to help us decide. We ended up getting six different pastries and each one was delicious! The pastel de natas here were our favourite of our trip!

Great welcome from a lady who speaks French. Ideal for a snack break in the Alfama district.
Coffee only 60 cents.
Don't forget to taste the house specialty Pastéis de Alfama!
