Small portions and expensive. Food is OK but not amazing. Service / waiters extremely RUDE. They act as if they were doing you a favour. You ask them something, and they shout "momento" without even looking at you with their chins up. Tables are so close to each other you can hear the other tables conversations more than your own. The only waiter that was nice was the young one, to be fair with him. Left a tip out of courtesy towards him but I felt it was unfair given the way we were treated.

This meal started out really nice and the food and service were excellent until the restaurant got busy…. I had to get out of my seat twice to ask for the check and we ended up waiting 40 minutes for the check, basically as long as we had spent eating. I’d highly recommend that Estrella hire additional staff in the busy season, or remove several tables to make it more manageable. They seemed completely overwhelmed. And for potential diners, I’d highly recommend reconsidering eating here during the summer months, and instead eat here during a less busy time since the food (particularly the Tuna Tataki and the Pork Cheek Ravioli) were delicious.

We had an extraordinary enjoyable experience dining in this lovely restaurant at our stay in Lisbon. The food and the wine were excellent and the friendly staff added to the lovely atmosphere. Together with the reasonable price we highly recommend and will definitely come back.

It is impossible to describe in words the quality of the dishes, the atmosphere and the positive energy that reigns in this place. Excellent restaurant in Lisbon, I went twice after discovering it on holiday even though it's not like me to go back to the same place twice in a row. Dishes with attention to detail with typical ingredients of Portuguese cuisine but revisited in a modern and sophisticated way. The bill lives up to the quality of the place. I will recommend it to everyone passing through town

I came in solo and was immediately seated. Wonderful place and incredible service, truly lovely people. And the food! Cannot say how much I enjoyed it, ate wonderfully as a vegetarian, did not feel slighted because I wasn’t eating meat, it was truly delicious. Cannot wait to visit again.

Very good service despite the cooking of the ribs which took longer than expected but the waiter offered us glasses of wine. The dishes are quality. We appreciated the commercial gesture. I recommend it was very good!!!
