“Typical Lisbon bar. The place is small, if you like privacy it is not your place, we were comfortable, but they put some Spanish girls in the middle of a table of 6. But it is one of the best I have been to, quality-price, what we ordered, everything was very good , especially the ribs. I had heard that it is normal in Portugal for them to give you tapas even if you have asked for them. Here we had it on the table, but I returned one (without touching it of course) and without a problem, they didn't charge it. Very good white wine sangria“

“Magnificent place to listen to good heavy metal and thrash with a great atmosphere. Varieties of beers, mead and food so you don't get so high. The regular customers are very good people. We had a good musical gathering…
Parking: Lots of eggs in the street“

“We went for dinner and we really liked it.
The plates are small, but filling, we ordered several things and they were all delicious: boneless chicken, gyozas, fingers, wings and guacamole. With the drink and chips we came out to €15 per person.
We would repeat.“

“To highlight the service of the waitress who treated us very well.
What is sad is that if you like Georgian food and you come looking for a Jinkali you will be surprised and disappointed that there is not one on the menu.
Another detail that I didn't like is that they no longer had anything to make the number of jachapuris that we wanted and this left us sad.“

“Chapito has amazing views over Lisbon and the river. Service is fantastic and menu is small but sufficient. We had beef cheeks and they were very delicious, although served a bit cold and portions to the small side. Guinea fowl was fine but nothing special, the prok carre was very undercooked but the garnish was good. We tried all three deserts and they were marvelous. Recommended.“

“We had a lunch in this “hidden” restaurant. It is located behind a small store. So in order to get there you go in the Chapitô store, at the end of the store you will find a staircase leading out back and down. The views are very nice, food is oké and prices a bit on the high side. Overall experience (location!) and friendly staff makes it five stars. We won’t go back because there are so many nice places and so little time. But if you are planning a trip to the castle; go visit!“

“In a very busy cosmopolitan center, if you pass by on your way and want to make a stop, it is a quiet place, with a corner terrace and quiet interior.
Quality product. Well presented, with balanced flavors, and good value for money.
Good service.“

“Yesterday my wife and I had our lunch, evening snacks and dinner there as their foods were according to our taste. Tandoori chicken masala was too good. But we liked their chicken momo most. We loved it. The prices were very reasonable. The restaurant was neat and clean and very calm which is praiseworthy. And lastly, we both liked the Nepali girl who served our foods. It was nice talking to her. She was very gentle amd soft spoken. Thanks to her for her service. Best wishes“

“Extraordinary cafe/restaurant that maintains the good spirit of proximity to customers. Fresh products, good cuisine, varied choice of pastries. It is one of the few "Portuguese and is Portuguese" cafes that survives on Avenida de Roma. Visiting.“

“Just had dinner here. This is a small restaurant and maybe sits 8 inside and 2 outside. We got here right at opening at 1830 and managed to get a table. There are only 2 people working, chef and helper. Like some people mentioned, she has no time to wait for your indecisiveness, she needs to take care of the meats on the bbq as well as other task. Some may find her rude, but remember English is not her first language.
For us, we found her welcoming, attentive and friendly. It was like having a meal at your aunty's and she is always around to make sure your plate is filled, helping put sauce on your chicken, adding rice to your beans, making sure you had something to drink. Cutting fruit and offering it after your meal to help clean your palette. She treats you like a guest in her kitchen and makes sure you are well taken care off.
Yes, potential customers may feel left out as she forcuses on her already seated guest first. But remember, it's only her and one helper working at this small place. Maybe she could add 2 or 3 more tables outside on the sidewalk may help.
But do give this place a try, as service is great and her bbq chicken and sides are delicious.
Thank you aunty for your great hospitality.“
