The reservation was made through The Fork, which offered a 50% discount on the menu, but this discount did not occur. The service was somewhat disorganized and slow, there were expectations of watching the football game but they only had one TV working and they only had one sports channel. I didn't like the tip suggested on the invoice, as it puts pressure on payment and in today's case, it wasn't justified. Overall, it is a well-kept space, interesting restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere.

I just couldn't eat it. Total disorganization. Structural capacity completely inappropriate for the requirements of this restaurant. Clearly a management team that simply does not know its own business, hiding behind very unprepared and inadequate employees. Even when making a complaint in the yellow book I received a "you have to wait" message. Surreal experience.
Cost-benefit a little out of balance. Excellent staff, good atmosphere. Coming back.

Good experience, but in the end including the bonus for employees in the bill, I don't think it's correct because although it is optional, there is no guarantee that it will be delivered by the employer to the employees. The "gratification" should be given by the employer with the appreciation of its human resources, not by the customer who, if he likes the service, simply returns. But nothing prevents the customer from leaving "something" on the tray where the bill was placed.
