“The food was great. Amazing quality. However, the portions are very small and the prices are a bit expensive.
The staff was great, super friendly and helpful
The only thing I’d change are the portions. for the price I think they can increase it“

“As a pizza fan that I am, I couldn't go through Lisbon without trying Forno d'Oro's offering, considered the best pizza in Portugal, according to 50 Top Pizza. The menu includes pizzas inspired by Portuguese gastronomy and, of course, by the great Italian classics that are so popular all over the world. The most striking thing about the restaurant's setting is the wood-burning oven, which is covered, as its name suggests, in a golden color. The staff was very friendly and knew several languages, including Spanish and English. As for food, we ordered two pizzas, one seasonal with Portuguese ingredients and another from the Italian section of the menu. Both lived up to expectations with a very well made dough and rich, quality ingredients. We also tried the tiramisu which was pretty good. Without being the best pizza I have ever had, I would rate it as one of the best and, of course, I would recommend visiting this restaurant if you like this Italian dish or if it is the first time you want to enjoy it with excellent quality.“
“we’re back In lisbon for the new year once again. This time we were in the mood for some Indian food and we went to this restaurant and i have to say the food was delicious. We read the reviews and we thought to give it a try and it was worth it. They had the classic Indian menu with the curries and naan but also a south Indian menu which had very tasty dishes that we have never had before. Our kids are fan of the butter chicken so naturally my husband and I had some too, it was very flavorsome. I had the “masala dosa” which was amazing. It was definitely a new experience but I would definitely recommend. We also had the pani puri which I have seen many videos of and it was a burst of flavor. But, we loved the classic appetizers like the onion bhaji and the chicken tikka. My husband had the lamb roganjosh with the garlic naan and I had a bite, and I will frog my make that a staple in my Indian takeout next time. really good! All in all, it was delicious and we will be my coming back again some time, especially my husband since he adores indian food. Love the fact there was two menus so there are many options to choose from! Recommend!“

“Nice and tasty food, decent portion size, friendly and fast service. It's a local restaurant for me so I will be back again.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's possible, but a little complicated because the street is very narrow.“

“All the ingredients were so fresh, I got the sandwich with olive in it and it was so good and fresh, my partner (who got the salmon sandwich) agreed that mine was superior choice, haha. We also got a plate of hummus, veggies, mushrooms, and another dip, as well as the sangria. It was our first stop in Lisbon and it had a cute terrace and the staff was great.“

“We came in early and we were seated quickly, the staff were incredibly friendly. The food was very tasty and I would recommend it to anyone that’s craving Italian while in Lisbon. I won’t lie an Italian probably wouldn’t like it. However, I was craving Italian and it was delicious! Would come back!“
“It lacks a "what" to be good.
Don't strive for cleanliness (dishes are visibly full of dust), but it's probably not easy to be different in that environment.
Good thing it doesn't exist! ??♂️
Parking: Sunday and evenings, the park is always free.“

“What can I say. Nice spot baby!
Convivial food in a super environment. Outside the classic tourist-catching restaurant scene. You have to look for it and you have to get into it. They love mustard... And so do I. You eat fish, meat and vegetables in tapas style (or pinchos if you passed through the Basques to get here) to share them with others. But the quality is top and the execution excellent. The price is in line with the quality and service. Octavio is a 10 and praise... Very nice and welcoming. If I go back to Lisbon I won't miss it. “

“We found the restaurant by chance, and it was a great surprise! Very pleasant atmosphere, excellent friendly service and great Italian food! The pizza is made with a focaccia-style crust, super tasty and with an incredible tomato sauce. The tiramisu is quite good and served in a large portion. There is also a good variety of wines, which we intend to explore the next time we return :) without a doubt a restaurant to repeat!“

“I had already seen some advertising for this restaurant and the fact that it had carbonara made with pecorino and guanciale increased my curiosity. So there I decided to try it. Experience from heaven, I ordered a few starters, one of which was eggplant in tomato sauce (Parmigiana di melanzane) and also a Bruschette Tricolore. Both good but the parmigiana di melanzane was magnificent. As for the dishes, there is no doubt, I have made carbonara at home several times, I confess that this one is much better, with fresh pasta, thicker but soft and al dente spaghetti, with the perfect guaciale and the sauce made with eggs and creamy pecorino that you just want to eat and not stop. Without a doubt, anyone who likes Italian food would strongly recommend trying the carbonara at this restaurant at least once. You won't regret it. Another dish that was also divine was the Girasoli di burrata e tartufo, where ham is the king of cheese. As for desserts, although we tried the homemade tiramisu and it was actually very good, the star is the Torta Caprese. Simply divine, it is a mixture of bombastic flavor for our mouth. I also recommend eating this dessert at least once in your life. Of course, if you like it, don't stop ?. I was really satisfied with the experience and of course, I highly recommend it to anyone who likes Italian food but also anyone who wants different experiences. It should be noted that the restaurant also sells fresh pasta outside, so anyone who wants can stop by and take it. They even sell a carbonara “kit” to make at home. Genius. And if I can say, I will come back.“

“The server was super friendly and accommodating. I had the veal croquettes and leitao empanadas which were amazing. The Carpaccio is perfectly done and easily enough for two and the shrimp with squid ink was perfect. Great place! Definite return.“

“I had Carbonara & Tomato Seafood Risotto and it was delicious! Does risotto feel more like seafood rice?
The atmosphere of eating outside was very nice, but it was disappointing that there was construction nearby as of August 24.
Service is ok“

“beef cheek and black garlic gnocchi was my order with my girlfriend, everything was great, from start to finish. We were attended to by Vitor, who provided the most professional and illustrious service, the best I have ever had in all of Lisbon.
I can't wait to go back.“

“The restaurant is pleasant, a little noisy because it is full but the atmosphere is friendly.
The food is very good, but I think it's overdone, I couldn't eat all of the rissotto because there was just too much.
Friendly staff despite having little understanding of Portuguese.“
“We went for lunch at 4pm and they were very kind to welcome us. The food didn't take long to arrive and it was delicious! Without a doubt one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten for the price. We ordered a family pizza and it was perfect for two people, along with the garlic bread which was equally good. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon!“
“I was surprised at how good this place is. It is located in a big mall, but the atmosphere is greate. Pasta linguini with shrimp ? ? is fantastic. Also, they made for us cocktail, which was not even on a menu. Very friendly stuff, and the list of desserts will impress you. I recommend this Italian restaurant, good price, good food, good service.“

“If you haven't been to this place, you're missing out big time! Mushroom lover or not, you need to try this restaurant! In some dishes you don't even see the mushrooms, but rest assured, they are there. We tried a few dishes, my favourites were the perfect egg, the hummus, the risotto, and the desserts. Special node to the desserts, especially if you enjoy a bit of savouriness, definitely go for them. The restaurant has a very interesting character that is left open to interpretation and it's a good point for discussion. Overall a fantastic experience, definitely a must when visiting Lisbon. You won't find traditional Portuguese dishes, but you might find a new favourite restaurant!“

“Visiting Lisbon with my family from Boston. Came across this hidden gem while searching for restaurants on google maps. From the time we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. We chose to sit out back, mainly because we had our two young sons with us. We ordered a caprese salad, minestrone soup, garlic bread, french fries, tomato bruschetta, 2 margharita pizzas and penne carbonara. My goodness! Everything was delicious and the price point was PERFECT! It was wonderful chatting with our server! Clearly everyone at this establishment takes a great deal of pride in what they do. I honestly would drive an hour to eat here again. It’s really that good! Hoping to stop by before our trip back to Boston!“
