A wonderful time spent at the table of this restaurant. The dishes were very good. Little extra for Paris Brest which is delicious! The servers were very welcoming and kind. The managers speak French which is very pleasant. The atmosphere of this restaurant was very warm, in line with the reputation of the French! This could have easily been a 5 star experience with the exception of one issue: the service. Now, let me start by saying that everyone was very nice. I made a reservation the two days before and received an email saying they received the request but would confirm the next day. That confirmation never came. We entered the restaurant at 745pm and ordered our entire meal around 8. But once the order was placed, nobody ever came back to offer us more to drink for the entire time. The appetizers came in a timely manner (bone marrow and the soup, both fantastic), then we sat there for 30-40 minutes after being finished with our apps before they came to take the plates away. We waited another 20-30 minutes before our entrees came. In that time, not one offer for more drinks. The entrees came and again the food was amazing. We left the restaurant around 1020pm.
The food was INCREDIBLE.

An absolutely fantastic experience at L’os à Moelle! The menu was unbelievable, and the hospitality made us feel right at home. Every dish was top-notch, from the foie gras, the homemade bread, and bone marrow to the perfectly cooked steak—it was all absolutely incredible. The sauces, truffle mashed potatoes, and sweet potato fries were heavenly. The creme brulee was the perfect finish. Legitimately one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. If I lived in Lisbon, I’d be here every week. Six stars out of five!

Unbelievable experience. I was craving a steak and this restaurant came across my search with a reasonably priced menu. I spontaneously made a last-minute decision to give a try, and I could not believe the experience I walked into. I cannot overstate how much this meal exceeded my expectations. The chef takes his French techniques and background extremely serious. The Bone Marrow is an absolute must! I had a house aged Ribeye that I will be thinking about for weeks to come. I will definitely be back.
