Noobai - Rooftop Bar e Restaurante is a terrific casual restaurant with a fantastic view of the river. The service is excellent, and the tapas, including falafel, guacamole, croquettes, prawns with mango, and salmon, are first-class. It's crowded from April to October, so booking is recommended.
