A great use of this tunnel space previously used for access by the wealthy living in the palace above. The staff here were all really friendly with fantastic English, I can see why this place has plenty of regulars. The food was nice but of course the beer is the main attraction, and Quimera's range is dead impressive. They charge London prices, but that's fine by me, you're not drinking Super Bock, you're drinking something that's had love and care put into it.
I didnt try the food but the menu looks interesting. Good to see they work with local producers. Regarding beer, wow, Inlove sour beers and they had 3 on tap. The raspberry sour and the peach goose rocked the house.

They were the nicest since reservation. When we got there they were even nicer. They have a trunk full of toys for customer’s kids; my son’s face when the waiter opened the trunk was priceless. Regarding food and drinks, their craft beers are really good; for any xIPA beer fans out there they’ve got you covered. The Reuben sandwich, bacon burguer and cheese/meat platter were all really good. All in all we had a pretty awesome night with fun for parents and kid. Quimera Brewpub,...read full review
