Tascardoso is a charming restaurant in Lisbon with phenomenal food like fried fish and bifana modern style. The staff provides top service, giving helpful advice and serving delicious dishes. The atmosphere is nice, though it's better to sit inside. One downside is the menu not being in English, but the waiters are happy to explain. Be aware that while they offer local cheese, olives, and bread, they come at an expensive price at the end of the meal.
