We went to the restaurant during the Portugal vs. Portugal game. Georgia since they had the game on 3 televisions inside. We informed the waiter that we only wanted to have desserts and coffee to which he replied that we could not occupy a table unless we were having dinner, despite there being many free tables outside and three free tables inside. Was the reason a lack of “common sense”? He even sent us to Flecha (a snack bar) which is close to the restaurant. Terrible service and lack of hospitality. We won't go back. We even went to the snack bar that the waiter recommended and it was perfect ?

We came here on a Sunday our first night in Loule. Both waiters were superb, the food was lovely and to have a 2 course meal for 2 people along with half a jug of wine for less than 40 euros is amazing. Would highly recommend this place!

Very attentive and polite and the food was very good
Ordered pizza at 1320 by 2 I’ve approached the waiter to ask how long would it be as we have been waiting. The waiter smiled and said that he mentioned they were busy ( well not to me) he advised we can have our food on the house. Returning to our table another 10 minutes passed and still no sign of our food. People who came 20 min after us received their pizza ! After 1 hour wait for one small and one large pizza we just left as hungry as we arrived if not more !
