Simply spectacular.

The last time I went there, hot sushi pieces, little variety, staff don't speak Portuguese and are not very friendly, at the end I even discovered 2 crickets under the table... An experience not to be repeated, it may be cheap but in the end it's not worth it . I don't recommend it despite the view of the Serra de Loures and the city park, I'll only go back there when I've screwed up and have no alternative. Not good

The restaurant leaves something to be desired! The menu has no options and what it does have is tasteless. The fish is not fresh and the rolls are very bland. The only thing that saves it is the plating.

A cheap Chinese restaurant.
The sushi is weak and the pieces are too big.
When I ordered a salad that had lettuce in the photo, it came with Chinese cabbage and when I asked for olive oil to season the salad they told me they didn't have any. A positive point is the pork, the breading and the pork tempanhaki were good.
We are not going back.

Everything you shouldn't expect from a "Japanese" restaurant... complete disorganization of employees, mediocre food and noisy atmosphere. Several mistakes in the order and not having an employee who speaks Portuguese makes things even more complicated...I understand better with the robot that distributes the food...at least they don't look bad when we complain about mistakes they made.
I certainly won't be back. Price does not justify the service/food at this place at all.

I don't quite understand this story of having a restaurant and not serving customers with delicacy and attention.
We were accompanied by our two young children, 5 and 7 years old, the food took ages to arrive at the table, and the pasta arrived like rubble without any kind of care, the food didn't have a very pleasant flavor...
Well, I don't really like criticizing, but I had to do it today, due to the lack of respect they showed us.

Terrible service, full room, no capacity to serve the customers they already have and people keep coming in. More than an hour of waiting for the food to arrive

Nice space, inside the city park, the food is always fresh and has a lot of variety, quite tasty, I love the sweet and sour sauce and the price/quality ratio is very good.

The employees may be friendly (some) but they don't speak Portuguese and many don't understand the "basics". Today the gyozas arrived at the table frozen, the sushi was falling apart... orders that never arrived... temaki with almost no filling...
They have innovated, they have a lighter and more beautiful decor, they have a "robot" waiter but they still need to streamline the employee-customer interaction and improve the food further.

Excellent food and service, don't expect the best sushi in terms of quality but for the price it is extremely fair. Wide variety of sushi and hot dishes, we love going and eating well.
