Thanks to the Rafaels and crew for hosting a gathering to celebrate the life of my late wife. Friendly and sensitive service and they put together a really beautiful, flavoursome and accomplished buffet menu catering for a both omnivores and the vegans in the group. It really helped to make a difficult day a better day. Hugs. Also in general O Parque has always been a favourite place for a quick coffee stop when in town.
Vegetarian options: The chefs put together a really good buffet menu on advance request including several very tasty and accomplished dishes suitable for vegans / vegetarians.

Unfortunately, I can't speak highly of this restaurant, as I didn't have the opportunity to have lunch there today. When I arrived at the entrance, I asked if there was room for 2 people, to which a girl replied that she would ask... I waited almost 10 minutes for a response and decided to go in and ask myself... I repeated the question and, to my surprise, they had forgotten to answer me... and what's more, as the kitchen would close in 30 minutes, there would be no more time, as there were still some tables to be served... so, dry and without consideration... The restaurant wasn't full, but I even noticed that few people were actually enjoying their meal... slow service? Or still training??? Anyway, for those who want to captivate customers, perhaps this won't be the best way... at least for me... Despite everything, I wished them good luck, as I am polite?

This is a wonderful, delicious place! My new favorite in Lousã. There are two places here - a table service restaurant (we had the duck and the leitão, both amazing) and a casual bar with snacks in the park, which does a good burger. O Parque (table service) has a delicious cover with octopus salad and herb butter, and the desserts are to die for. Try the Beirao and strawberry mousse. I’m picky about dessert and it’s the best I’ve had in Portugal. The atmosphere is a nice mix of casual fine dining and family table. You’ll be comfy no matter what you wear. Highly recommend!

I’ve been in Portugal over six months and this is easily the worst place I have eaten. It took the waiter 15 minutes to take my order (a hamburger) and then 30 minutes for them o make it. In the time between, no notice of why my food was late, no olives?, etc. When the burger came it was decent but the ‘salad and fries’ that came with it were a few sprigs of lettuce and maybe 10-15 quarter fries. The wine they put in the glass was literally 3 cm. Boycott this place, they couldn’t care less about their customers.

Excellent family lunch. I made a reservation where they served us in a super beautiful, spacious, modern room with air conditioning. Heading this project are Chef Rafael Morais and Chef de Sala Rafael Vaz, two professionals with a lot of experience in fine dining. Good menu, with regional dishes and a good wine list. Congratulations extend to ARCIL. It is advisable to make an appointment. I will repeat for sure.
