Pizza was okay, owner wanted to call it a day. We arrived around 8:15 p.m. Late dinners in the Azores are not atypical. He then started packing the chairs onto various tables while we were still sitting there.
Great for what it is. Excellent pizza, friendly people (say hi to Allen!), fast service, reasonably priced. We took the leftovers up to the top of Pico the next day, and they were still very tasty!
Both the pizzas and the fried chicken are very good. The sweet and sour sauce is great, both with the potatoes and the chicken. It has a small parking lot next to it, but it is not very easy to get in/out, due to the unevenness and if there are cars parked in front of the entrance.
