Café Central is a surprising gem in the village. Although it appears to be a simple café, it boasts an award-winning pizzaiolo, quality products, and a wood oven, resulting in delicious dishes. The Calzone and Gamberoni are excellent choices, and the Peperoni is also a highlight. The restaurant offers both on-site dining and take-away options. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, with Mr. Jorge Humberto being particularly notable. According to one reviewer, the food has the "true taste of freshness." The only suggestion is to update the image of the restaurant, as it can be a bit dark. Overall, Café Central is an excellent discovery and a place to return to.
