We went to the restaurant for lunch, arrived at 1pm, placed our order and it only arrived at the table after almost 40 minutes. One of the burgers had cold bacon, and the bread tasted bad and appeared to be out of date bread. The other burger was good overall but the bun was tough. We certainly won't go back

After detecting a hair in the pizza, inside one of the slices on my daughter's plate, I still gave the benefit of the doubt, until a hair appeared again on a slice of my wife's pizza as well.... After discreetly informing the employee, she asked us sorry. We refuse to eat the rest of the pizza or make another one. When paying, there was no apology and they charged the price for the pizza which we refused to continue eating, without any hesitation.NEVER
Hello good afternoonOn November 8th, it was 7:30 pm, I called a Pizzeria to order a pizza and they told me to wait until 9:00 pm, I accepted.It arrived at 9:10 pm, I called to ask why the pizza hadn't arrived yet, the lady was stupid with me and "even said if you were in a hurry to go buy it somewhere else"to which I replied "I want a pizza from there" and the phone hung up on me, it was 9:20 pm when the pizza arrived at my door.Because I told the delivery guy that I no longer wanted the pizza and because of them people are dying of hunger.(Pizzeria Gula lost a customer)...?

I really like the vegetarian and whimsical pizzas ? wonderful, thin crust and very tasty. The salads are also of great quality, especially the Gula.
To indicate a table, the employee didn't even bother to leave the counter and just pointed because what she was doing seemed more important than customers. The burger on the plate was served with a slice of stale, stale bread. The burger meat was dry and had a strange sweet and sour taste. It could have been seasoning but that's not what it looked like. The dish came with a salad dressed with something different like oil and vinegar… it was sweet… not the right flavor for the type of dish. The potatoes were very good and the mayonnaise they brought too.The experience ended when we arrived home and ran to the bathroom. …a day later and I still feel symptoms of food poisoning. I don't intend to go back.With what I suspect was out-of-date food, an empty dining room, it's a disgrace to the service, I can't recommend it to anyone.However, I admit that it may have been a one-off experience that won't be repeated very often... but I prefer not to risk it.
Parking: Remote, empty and not very inviting location. However, the indoor environment is very interesting and has good music.

I could give 5 stars to several aspects, but I just don't. It takes 5 because the pizzas are not made with wood. A restaurant with great quality in everything it does is worth visiting. Friendly atmosphere, pleasant and helpful staff. I recommend the 4 cheese pizza, my favorite. The Terra 3 Mar salad is also delicious.
