O Manel is a small but welcoming restaurant located in Matosinhos. The menu offers traditional meat and fish options, with a focus on grilled fish cooked over coals. The grilled squid is particularly notable, described as one of the best ever eaten, and the steak with a very good special sauce is also a highlight. Vegetarians are well catered for, with a delicious vegetable soup option. The customer service is very friendly, and the atmosphere is very good. The food is delicious and totally worth it, with a starter of stuffed crab that was so good and a wonderful squid and prawn skewer. Dessert elevated the experience until the end. The cream milk is absolutely divine.
